Robinia Support Solutions encourages and supports employees to learn and develop their skills to ensure that all employees feel happy and rewarded in their roles. We offer opportunities to our staff that can develop into long term careers with us. Many of our service managers started in support roles and have moved up within the organization.

We have an established training and career development team that supports all employees in personal development across a number of areas:

  • NVQ levels 2,3 and 4 where appropriate
  • Statutory training subjects such as Moving & Handling, Basic Food Hygiene, medication administration, Health & Safety
  • Specifically designed programmes that are tailored to the type of service people work in, e.g.-Autistic Spectrum Disorder, person centred planning
  • Management Development skills such as our in house training programmes: 'The E Factor', 'Managing People', 'Robinia Management Academy' and 'Good to Great'
